Primework Group is part of a group that recruits foreign workers for employers in Croatia.
We start from a simple observation: factories, warehouses and construction sites in Croatia do not need another middleman – they need a partner who takes responsibility for the entire process, from finding the right candidate to their first day on the job.
We recruit in more than twenty countries – from the Philippines, India and Nepal, through Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Indonesia, to Georgia, Ukraine, Kenya and Colombia. Every direction is handled through vetted local partners.
Part of the Primework Group's experience comes from worker relocations carried out in Poland – that is where we learned how to organise the arrival and housing of large groups of candidates, and we apply that know-how to the Croatian market today.

We learn the plant, not just the vacancy
Before recruitment starts, we map the shift system, housing conditions and the reality of the role.
- 02
We recruit at source
Pre-selection, document checks and language assessment happen locally, with our partners. Practical and language tests are an optional, paid service at the client's explicit request – pre-selection is the standard.
- 03
We coordinate the arrival
Candidates on site within 2–3 months. The timeline depends on the processing capacity of the competent authorities, consulates, embassies and visa systems.

We stay after arrival
Support with housing and relocation, plus regular contact with the employer during the first weeks of work.
