How much does it cost to recruit a foreign worker?

The fee depends on qualifications: unskilled worker EUR 500, skilled worker EUR 1,000, welder EUR 1,500, international truck driver EUR 1,500 and specialist (e.g. masseuse, seamstress) EUR 1,500 per person. Recruiting from the Philippines adds a one-off EUR 500 accreditation fee for the whole project, regardless of headcount.

When do I pay?

The prepayment is 20% of our recruitment fee (EUR 500, 1,000 or 1,500 per person) and is due before recruitment starts. The remaining 80% of the fee is payable once, within 30 days of the worker's first working day.

What costs come on top of the agency fee?

Residence and work permit, visa and administrative fees, sworn translations, flights and transfers, plus accommodation. Croatian permit fee amounts are pending confirmation – we publish them once confirmed, and until then these items are billed at actual cost against invoices, with a quote on request.

How long does recruitment take?

2–3 months. The timeline depends on the processing capacity of the competent authorities, consulates, embassies and visa systems. As standard we run candidate pre-selection; practical and language tests are optional and charged separately.
