Welding at European level
Certificates aligned with ISO 9606-1 and experience in steel structures and pipelines. The strongest technical profile in the whole region.

Construction, steel structures, welding, industrial manufacturing and furniture. Türkiye is one of Europe's largest steel and furniture producers, so the technical base of candidates is genuinely high. Turkish citizens enter Croatia visa-free, so we focus on recruitment, the labour market test, the single temporary residence and work permit, and relocation.
Türkiye · Middle East and Europe
Türkiye is one of the region's largest producers of steel, furniture, textiles and automotive parts. Candidates come from genuinely operating industry where quality standards are dictated by exports to the European Union. For a Croatian employer that means people who already know European technical documentation and quality control.
The strongest side of this direction is welding and steel structure assembly. Turkish companies deliver construction contracts across the Middle East and North Africa, and welders work to certificates aligned with European standards, including ISO 9606-1. This is exactly the profile Croatia lacks most.
Turkish citizens can enter Croatia visa-free, so there is no consular D visa stage. We run the labour market test and obtain the single temporary residence and work permit from the Ministry of the Interior (MUP), which is the fastest legal path of all the origins we serve.

Qualifications
The Turkish vocational education system is extensive and well documented. Every candidate profile includes a diploma scan, welding certificates, employment history in specific plants and an assessment of English.
Welding certificates
Qualifications issued to European standards, including ISO 9606-1, specifying method, position and material. For demanding processes we confirm them with a practical exam in Croatia.
Technical school diplomas
Vocational high schools and industrial technical colleges train operators, fitters, electricians and mechanics. Programmes include plant placements, so graduates do not start from zero.
Industrial employment history
We verify work in specific plants: steelworks, furniture factories, automotive suppliers and construction firms delivering foreign contracts.
C+E licence and code 95
A Turkish licence does not allow professional haulage in the EU. We plan the exchange after the residence card is issued, together with initial qualification and code 95.
The region of origin genuinely shapes the professional profile.
Istanbul and Marmara
The country's largest industrial and logistics hub. Manufacturing, construction, warehousing and services. Best candidate availability and a consulate on site.
Bursa and Kocaeli
The automotive and metal belt – machine operators, fitters, welders and maintenance mechanics.
Izmir and the Aegean coast
Light industry, textiles, processing and tourism. Candidates with export experience and more frequent English.
Gaziantep and the south-east
Furniture, textiles and food processing. The region with the highest willingness to relocate for work.
Ankara and Central Anatolia
Infrastructure construction, steel structures and installations. Candidates from large public projects.
We run the process in four stages: call, quote and contract; sourcing and pre-selection in Türkiye; labour market test and single temporary residence and work permit; relocation and onboarding. Since Turkish citizens travel visa-free, there is no consular stage. Every stage has a clear deadline and document set.

We do not quote a single price per worker – the budget depends on the role, headcount and region, and is always presented in EUR. It always consists of the same items, so agency offers can be compared with no hidden costs. Industries
Türkiye is a technical and construction direction with a very strong metal and furniture base. Below are the industries where it delivers the best results.
The strongest side of this direction. Welders with certificates aligned to European standards, structure and pipeline fitters with export contract experience.
The automotive belt in Bursa and Kocaeli supplies machine operators, mechanics and line workers used to quality standards and shift work.
Turkish construction firms deliver contracts across the Middle East. Candidates know large sites, work at height and strict schedules.
Türkiye is one of the region's largest furniture exporters. Joiners and woodworking machine operators know serial production for the EU market.
Drivers experienced on Türkiye–EU routes who know customs procedures and tachographs, plus warehouse and terminal staff.
A strong tourism base in Izmir and Antalya – chefs and service staff with experience in international-standard hotels.
If the shortest deployment time matters most, Georgia is faster. We use Türkiye where welding qualifications and steel structure experience are decisive.
Roles
The strongest side of this direction is welding and structural trades plus manufacturing and construction roles. For welders we arrange weld samples and calls with your welding engineer before any decision.

A comparison of typical differences in the process and candidate profile.
| Criterion | Türkiye | Other directions |
|---|---|---|
| Candidate profile | Welding, steel structures, heavy industry | More often light manufacturing and basic roles |
| Certificates | Qualifications aligned with European standards | National certificates requiring confirmation |
| Legal basis | Single temporary residence and work permit, visa-free entry | Employer declaration (Georgia) or full procedure with a D visa |
| Process time | Depends on authorities | depends on origin |
| Language | Turkish, English among technical staff | Russian or English depending on the direction |
Cultural integration
Turkish teams settle in smoothly provided communication and a few organisational matters are set up at the start. Below are the four issues that in practice decide whether the first year passes without turnover.
No shared Russian
Unlike eastern directions, Russian does not work here. For larger groups it is worth appointing a foreman who speaks Turkish and English and preparing bilingual workstation instructions.
Ramadan and meals
Türkiye is secular, but most candidates are Muslim. A pork-free canteen alternative, roster flexibility during Ramadan and a quiet space for a short break are entirely sufficient.
Residence and banking formalities
Registration, registration with the local police administration, a bank account and the residence card application dominate the first weeks. The coordinator books appointments and tracks deadlines so legal residence never lapses.
Climate and the first weeks
Candidates from southern Türkiye do not know Croatian winters. A warm clothing pack on arrival and scheduling arrivals outside the deepest frost measurably reduce drop-outs.
